Project Highlight

Camp Hill Seventh-day Adventist Church

We were recently commissioned to design and build a custom AV control booth to serve as the central hub for sound, video, and media operations at Camp Hill Seventh-day Adventist Church. Given the church’s renowned musical worship and large congregation, the solution needed to be secure, elevated for an optimal vantage point, and capable of housing professional-grade audio-visual equipment, including mixing desks, monitors, laptops, and video cameras with an unobstructed view of the stage.

Working closely with church members and stakeholders, we developed a fully bespoke structure tailored to the space’s aesthetic, functionality, and acoustics. As an off-the-shelf solution wasn’t available, our design expertise and problem-solving skills were put to the test. The booth’s tall walls required a sensitive design approach to ensure they complemented the existing church interior rather than appearing imposing.

Several cladding options were explored:

Our bespoke solution provided:

  • Secure keycode entrance – Controlled access to protect valuable AV equipment.

  • Stable, surge-protected power supply – Essential for safeguarding delicate audio-visual systems.

  • Acoustic slat wall finish – Enhancing sound control while ensuring a high-quality, cohesive look.

  • Raised floor platform – Providing an unobstructed, elevated vantage point for seamless AV operation.
